We build the tool,
then we run it on your store
Citelx is an ecommerce growth studio built around one observation: AI engines changed what gets found, and almost nobody in ecommerce was told.
Why we exist
Buying used to start in one place. Someone typed a question into Google, read a page of blue links, and clicked one. Every SEO idea worth anything was built on that single habit. That habit is gone.
- Search moved off Google. Almost 40% of Gen Z use TikTok or Instagram to search instead of a search engine. That figure is Google’s own internal research, not a competitor’s.
- Discovery is social before it is search. For Gen Z finding new products, Instagram takes 30.4% and TikTok 23.2%, while Google trails on 18.8%. The first impression happens somewhere you probably are not.
- The click is disappearing. Google now answers above its own links, and assistants answer without them. Your ranking can hold while the visit it used to earn never happens.
- One ranking is not coverage. A buyer passes through several engines before deciding. Being found means every one of them can describe your product accurately enough to name it.

Four commitments
We never invent a number
Where a real figure belongs in your content, we ask you for it. A fabricated statistic published under your name is a liability, and the fastest way to lose the trust this whole strategy depends on.
Ecommerce only
No local services, no SaaS, no agencies. Everything we have built assumes catalogues, collections and buyers comparing products.
You confirm before we generate
The first step is always reading your catalogue and having you correct it. If our understanding of what you sell is wrong, everything after it inherits the mistake.
We say when something will not work
Some categories have no Pinterest demand. Some questions nobody asks. We would rather tell you that than sell a channel that will not pay back.
